My Basic Shaolin Training - 20 min. Video



This is how one of my most common training looks like. I don't always train like this, but a few times/week this is what I do. Other days I do taiji or just qigong or just calisthenics and boxing or, more rarely, some parkour. Other days I just rest.
If people are interested about my training then this is how it looks like from beginning to end:

-meditation
-warming up
-running
-shadowboxing
-some basic forms
-stretching
-the 5 basic kicks
-5 basic stances
-calisthenics
-qigong
-forms
-mabu
Then shower and bamboo brush self-massage. Then eat and rest.
It was quite a task to put a 3 hours training in a few minutes so I hope you enjoy!
